Upon arrival at Banting House INN, please provide us with your vehicle make and colour so that we may identify it to your room.  We require the keys be left with us, in order that we may jockey the cars as needed to accommodate all of our customers.  We are always available and on-site to get your keys to you.   If there are two or more cars in one room, each vehicle owner must sign in. 

We ask that our customers remove all items of value from their vehicle, including luggage, shopping bags, coins, sunglasses, food, personal effects etc.  We will be only too happy to help you check your vehicle for you.  We lock our parking gates between 10pm and 7am.  If you require a later or earlier departure time, we’ll be happy to make those arrangements with you.  Banting House INN has enjoyed many years of vandalism and theft-free parking, as we are vigilant in advising our customer’s on how to travel safe and protect their belongings while on our lot or in the city.  

Anyone that does not agree with the above, we, unfortunately, will not be able to provide parking for, and will recommend a nearby lot.  However, for your own protection, ensure you check parking lot’s disclaimers and liabilities.  Banting House INN is consistent with city parking by-laws. No one likes to have their visit to our city ruined by an unfortunate incident.  Let us help you have the safest and most problem free trip possible by offering the above advice.
